Led by Director Mike, our welcoming atmosphere, affectionately known as "The Farm," awaits you with a caring and dedicated staff ready to support your wellness journey. Mike Grieco, DPT, Director
Mike is a passionate physical therapist who holds a strong educational background in Kinesiology from SUNY Cortland and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Stony Brook University. Mike is the Director of our Farmingville office and has been part of the Performax Physical Therapy and Wellness team for six years. Beyond the PT clinic, Mike likes to enjoy various hobbies, including beach outings, snowboarding, a fascination with cars, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through regular workouts. His love for teaching shines through as they serve as teaching assistants in Stony Brook University’s DPT program, imparting their knowledge in a lab class. Mike has an interest in orthopedic-related injuries, including joint replacements, reconstructive surgeries, non-specific low back pain, and much more. Lastly, Mike is an expert pizza connoisseur and enjoys trying new pizzerias all over.
Vin Bonura, DPT.
Vin received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy as well as a Bachelor's in Health Science from Stony Brook University. I have a strong background in orthopedic conditions and also treat neurological and vestibular conditions such as vertigo. I currently work at both locations and have been with Performax Physical Therapy and Wellness for almost two years. My interests are all sports, particularly the New York Rangers, Yankees, and Knicks. My favorite movies/TV shows are A Few Good Men, Shawshank Redemption, Breaking Bad, and Midnight Mass. I am married to my high school sweetheart, and we have a beautiful 9-month-old baby girl at home. I look forward to seeing you at the clinic!

Gina Baglivio is our compassionate and knowledgeable front desk manager at our Farmingville office. With her expertise in insurance and front desk operations, Gina ensures seamless patient experiences. Her warm demeanor and sharp intellect create a welcoming atmosphere, while her proficiency in insurance matters guarantees patients receive optimal coverage. Gina's organizational skills keep our office running smoothly, making her an invaluable asset to our team.
